Refund policy
We have a 5-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

We accept returns only if INCORRECT/DAMAGED product is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We would like to be as transparent as possible to make your shopping with us -a positive experience, on that note, we do not take back our products due to reasons like “I didn’t like after receiving it, the quality is not as expected , it didn’t suit me after wearing it” etc. If you’re an individual who’s very particular about your selection, please get in touch with us via WhatsApp prior to placing order with us, we can provide additional images and videos to help you decide.

We take utmost care and effort to make sure the product match its real colour. However, there will be 5-10% colour change as it depends on individual phone/laptop/browser pixel quality, image resolution, brightness etc.
Return/exchange will not be entertained on colour variation issues due to the above mentioned reason.
What is NOT considered for return/exchange?
If the jewel is too heavy to wear or looks big or is not what you expected.
There might be slight variations in the colour tone of the actual product with respect to the images on the website as these are digital photography and depends on the display settings of each device.
Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases – to avoid breakage which is not considered as a Transit Damage.
The button/push back rubber being lose is not considered for return.
Bangles size chart is available under the product description. Please measure your size before you make a purchase if you are unsure of the size. We do not provide exchanges/refunds for wrong size orders placed
Under rare circumstances, the jewelry beads or stones may have fallen or jump ring opened during transit. Such things which can be easily fixed with glue and will not be exchanged or refunded.
The adjustable rope comes as a freebie with the necklace, any damage on ropes will not be considered as defects for replacement of ropes.
Semi precious, precious kundan, cutwork gemstone and handmade jewelry that are made by hand and may have slight irregularities in designs/polish/finishing/stones that are a natural outcome of the human involvement in the process. This will not be considered a defect for exchange/refund.
Kindly ensure you are fully aware of the product details before you place an order. If you want any further details kindly write to us via email dev.kriyaz@gmail.com. Once the agreed product is received by you in good condition the personal liking or sizing or non-suitability towards a product is not acceptable for RETURN/REPLACEMENT.
All returned items must be unused and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags or covers will not be accepted.
In case you receive a damaged/defective product, the company should be notified within 5 days of receipt along with opening video.
We Do not provide Pick-up service, hence the order needs to be self-shipped in case of an exchange. In you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised. Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Products listed under the collection of SALE/Clearance/Detash cannot be refunded or returned under any circumstances except if it's delivered incorrectly, completely damaged, or lost.
No cancellations for orders placed for under Pre booking collection/customizable, as those are specifically made on order.
We are aware Big companies like Amazon, flipkart have such easy return and refund options, kindly do not expect the same from small businesses such as ours.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
