What are the payment modes and is it secure?

UPI payments; Googlepay, Phonepe, Paytm etc., Credit Cards/ Debit Cards/ Net Banking . Our website and checkout pages, all are https compliant, which you can check out in the address bar, so all your payments are safe and secure.

Why was earring stem bent in the parcel received?

Earring stems are bent purposefully on some cases – to avoid breakage which is not considered as a Transit Damage. You just have to straighten it. :)

 

What is the guarantee/warranty of the Product?

These are high quality jewels, the shine and the colour will not fade in regular use and maintained properly.

 

As this is fashion jewelry, there's no guarantee/warranty as such but please be sure that the jewelry lasts for a very long time if basic care is taken, like minimum contact with soap, water and perfume to ensure its longevity. Also, always put the product back into plastic pack after use. Refer to jewelry care instruction for more details.

 

How can I track my order ?

You can track your package using the tracking id sent to your email address and entering it in the track order button.

 

Do you have pickup?

Pickup of orders is available for Chennai Residents. They can pickup from our warehouse in Tambaram via Direct Pickup or Dunzo or Swiggy Genie.

 

Do you provide Express Shipping?

In case of transit delay of the shipped order, can we cancel the order?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order, transit delay is not in our control and it can happen due to unforseen external circumstances such as heavy rains, govt restrictions, and others.

                                                               

Is there any cancellation policy?

No Cancellation policy. Once order has placed we don’t cancel the orders.
